The character behind GPChatBot, “Aileen,” is not just a name. It’s a tribute to Eileen McWilliams (RIP), the best GP receptionist our founder ever worked with. Eileen was known for her compassion, dedication, and excellence in patient care, qualities that inspired the creation of this A.I assistant. Sadly, Eileen lost her battle with breast cancer, but her legacy lives on through our chatbot. In her memory, we’ve named our virtual assistant Aileen as a way to honor her professionalism and lasting impact on patient service.
